For those of us who are not well versed experts in home repair or construction hardware stores can be frustrating labyrinthine worlds of confusion. All those little pieces in hundreds of different compartments and sections. It is enough to make a guy looking for a specifically gaged screw for a door hinge have his head spinning. I can remember the specific feeling of dread that would come over me when my parents would send me to the local hardware store for something.
